Hi all
A few days ago a new email list for discussing books was created. Let me warn you that this book list is *extremely* active, and you may find yourself spending as much time reading the emails as you spend reading books. I'm hoping that things will slow down after the newness wears off. I think the person who started it was frustrated by the restrictions put on members of the DB review list where the moderators don't allow much discussion beyond the actual reviewing of books found on the BARD site. But the moderator of this new list allows discussion of any type of book from any source. So far, even though it is very busy, I am thoroughly enjoying the discussions.

haha! I do too, but not a lot of people to talk to usually and I much prefer actually talking by voice about them which I usually do like better. however, with the kind of books I read you are usually in for a long discussion about ethics and politics or how the world is constructed and what different views are, more likely one of our discussions is more about ethics and politics then the books and they are kind of just there for side references like yeah obama is like elsworth toohey or there are way too many James Taggarts in the world or I wish there was a howard roark in the world in the context of how hard people work and how many people don't work hard enough.
